T-SCAN at Siebenwurst Werkzeugbau
Since July 2006, Siebenwurst Werkzeugbau in Zwickau successfully use the T-SCAN laserscanner for mobile 3D digitizing services, e.g., for the measurement of forming dies and sheet metal parts.
In combination with a surface reconstruction, tool maintenance as well as changes and repair works can be carried out fast and efficiently. Using the COMETinspect inspection software, the dimensional accuracy and springback behavior of sheet metal parts can be analyzed and documented.
