T-SCAN 2 - The new handheld laser scanner
Having launched the innovative concept of an intuitively operated laser scanner a few years ago, Steinbichler Optotechnik was the first company worldwide who transformed this idea into a system solution for industrial use.
Now, 3D digitizing with T-SCAN 2 is becoming even more efficient, easier and faster: The new design of the compact and lightweight handheld laser scanner sets high standards in terms of ergonomy and performance. In addition, the newly developed handling tripod for the positioning of the optical tracking system allows an extremely user-friendly and convenient operation.
Among other features, the new version 7.0 of the measuring and evaluation software T-SCANplus contains a function for the elimination of vibrations or object movements which may occur during the measurement. Utilizing newest hich-end computer hardware and software technologies, the time needed for data processing has been dramatically reduced.
