ABIS II Interactive is the ideal solution for manual inspection tasks in sampling inspection. In the engineering area, it supplies valuable information for fault evaluation and for the preparation of fault catalogs and classification criteria within the framework of a failure mode effect analysis (FMEA).

ABIS II Offline allows data acquisition and evaluation at an automatic test stand and is thus excellently suited for accompanying production monitoring. Fault catalogs and classification criteria that have been compiled during the planning stage can be extended and modified.

With ABIS II Inline, a fully automatic 100 % inspection and assessment can be performed by the direct integration of the system concept into the manufacturing environment of the body shop or press shop. The achieved overall inspection or component inspection of bodyshells and sheet metal components sets highest standards in quality assurance and auditing.
