Steinbichler Optotechnik presents a portable surface testing system ABIS optimizer and new T-SCAN sensor at the CONTROL trade fair

Steinbichler Optotechnik GmbH from Neubeuern, the worldwide leading supplier of optical measuring and sensor technology, will present two innovative new products at the CONTROL 2012 trade fair (hall 5 stand 5304): the STEINBICHLER ABIS optimizer, the world's first portable surface testing system with depth evaluation and an objective surface evaluation as well as the STEINBICHLER T-SCAN, a new laser scanner with a considerably improved performance. "The ABIS optimizer – a logical further development from the numerous automatic ABIS systems already used on the market – is especially developed for applications at an extremely early stage of the manufacturing process and is consistently equipped with all of the necessary technical features required for this. Steinbichler Optotechnik at the AUTOMATICA 2012 –
Automated quality assurance – simple and easy to operate

Steinbichler Optotechnik GmbH from Neubeuern, the worldwide leading provider of optic measuring and sensor technology, shall place the newly developed automation software STEINBICHLER VISIO 7 and two innovative robot cells at the centre stage of its trade fair appearance at the AUTOMATICA 2012 (hall B2, stand 100). "We have developed an integrated, closed workflow for the automated quality assurance in the STEINBICHLER VISIO 7 software in which all process steps from the start of the project via the simulation and the analysis up to the logging can be mapped. This ensures the person in charge a high level of operating safety and also saves a lot of time during the programming. Excellent business year 2011 for Steinbichler Optotechnik – incoming orders for Steinbichler COMET sensors increase by 126%

COMET L3D - The new Fringe Projection System from Steinbichler Optotechnik

The new COMET L3D represents an entry level solution for high-precision 3D digitizing, based on LED-technology. Especially in the mobile 3D digitizing of finely detailed parts of small to middle size, the combination of an extra light weight sensor head, high accuracy and extremely fast point capturing, offers a range of new opportunities.
