Depending to the application demands, the T-SCAN system can be equipped with a variety of accessories:
For applications requiring maximum mobility, the newly designed, ultra-compact rack with a mobile PC is an excellent solution for use in different locations - without problems and with optimum protection of the components during transport. For the tactile measurement of single points, different optically tracked touchprobes are available. Depending on the measuring task at hand, the user can choose between models ranging from a simple touchprobe with basic functionalities up to a wireless and portable coordinate measurement machine PCMM with PDA integration. Using additional infrared markers attached to the measuring object, an automatic monitoring of the object-camera reference is possible. If the tracking camera is repositioned, a dynamic referencing with transformation to a defined coordinate system can be carried out. The tracking system can be positioned with different tripod types; a two-axes tilting adapter attached to a vertical beam tripod offers extremely flexible adjustment possibilities for the camera unit.
