T-SCAN: Tracking Systems


The T-SCAN hand scanner can be combined with different tracking system types depending on the application requirements such as accuracy and measuring volume.
In addition to the Certus model, the highly precise high-end tracking system Optotrak Pro which provides superior performance for sophisticated applications, is now available in two variants. This system configuration featuring a higher accuracy and larger measuring volume also allows on-site calibration at the customer´s facilities, which saves a significant amount of time and costs. A further innovation is the temperature compensation which eliminates possible measurement inaccuracies due to thermal deformation.
Both Optotrak Pro system variants offer the possibility to indicate the measuring volume directly on the object in addition to the monitor display using the projection of boundary lines by laserpointers integrated in the tracking system.
